Cancellation Policy
The card used for the booking will be pre-authorized 7 days before the check-in date. The card used for payment can be changed upon arrival.
If a reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours before the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded or modified at any time.

Guests are required to present an original form of identification upon arrival at the Property.
### Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. If you arrive before 2:00 pm, your room may not be ready.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am. Late check-out is not available.
### Smoke-Free Property
This motel is strictly smoke-free. Smoking inside the units will incur a $250.00 surcharge.
### Guests, Gatherings & Parties
No gatherings or parties of any kind are permitted in the units. The Property reserves the right to require any additional or unauthorized occupants to leave the Property.
This reservation is non-transferable.
The Property reserves the right to require guests to leave the Property without a refund due to their conduct or behaviour, or for safety, security, medical, or other legitimate reasons. This applies in particular if guests fail to follow instructions given by Property employees, engage in discriminatory behaviour, harass or endanger other guests or staff.
### Motel Facilities
Parking, swimming pool, BBQ facilities, kitchen facilities, laundry facilities, and all other motel facilities are strictly for registered motel guests only.
### Cleaning, Damage & Missing Items
Please note that strong cooking odours or other unpleasant smells that prevent the unit from being re-let will result in an additional night's accommodation charge.
Do not dye your hair in the units. Please do not walk around the units with muddy shoes. Excessive cleaning or damage charges will apply.
Items must not be removed from the apartments. Missing items will be charged at the applicable replacement cost.
The Motel is not responsible for any valuables left by guests. The Motel is not responsible for any damage or theft involving guests' vehicles.
### Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children of any age, including infants, are counted towards the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Extra beds are not available in any apartment. Cots/cribs are not available from the motel. Guests are welcome to bring their own cot/crib, subject to the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
### Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at no additional charge.
### Parking
Free private parking is available on site, with one vehicle permitted per unit. Reservation is not required.
### Pets
Pets are not permitted in our apartments or to be left in vehicles overnight at any time.
### Guest Liability
I/We acknowledge and accept personal liability and personally guarantee payment for all charges relating to my/our accommodation, meals, beverages, and services received, including any damage caused to the units by me/us or my/our visitors, and any specialist cleaning required.
I/We consent to any such charges being debited to my/our credit card where alternative payment arrangements have not been made.
